If sellers offer 4% what would I get if they co-op broker 2.5%? I can't afford to lose my commission when I am working harder than the buyer agent. Some of the comments are true such as there is no leads generation. I have been asking about this but no answer. I wish Homesmart will provide lead generation and we as agents would be willing to pay to get some leads. So I have to find my own lead generation and am still not successful but I am trying.
